Helping others

A helping hand is always welcomed, and I can think of no better way to introduce yourself to a new customer than by offering them some free help. You are immediately placed higher than someone just trying to get something from them and they are much more receptive to you after you have helped them.
So offer some advice, provoke some thoughts, network by introducing a stranger to someone they are looking for. That way when you ask for an introduction or some help you are much more likely to receive you want. Dale Carnegie once wrote "You can close more business in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get people interested in you."
RepHub can help you help others, again by providing the platform for you to offer advice by leaving a comment or through a blog (article) in the area in which you are an expert. Rather than simply advertising what you do or what product you offer, try helping them by teaching them something.
